Capture Method: Audio
The photo shows my equipment, both what I use for my daily work and what I use to communicate with my friends beyond. I use a computer, a screen, a keyboard, a mouse, two small speakers, a headset with a microphone and the free programme Audacity 2.1.1 to capture and edit the voices. I do not use any kind of background noise, such as radio, phonemes or white noise, because I get no results with them.
To listen to the recordings, I recommend headphones.
Some of the voices speak in languages other than Portuguese. In the text, the translated phrase appears in brackets next to the original. You will hear some voices speaking Portuguese and others speaking Portuguese with an Italian accent, and this is certainly because I am a native Italian. Note that most of the recordings are accompanied in the background by distinctive sounds.
Shortly after my father died on 20 May 1992, about ten days later, my initial enthusiasm made me believe that the voice recorded on the tape was his. At first it may even have been his voice, but to this day my doubts remain. As I have already explained, I do not have access to the world of our dead, only to non-human species.
I believe I have managed to “open” one of the many portals that exist between the worlds (ours and theirs) by using a wave of a specific frequency, which allows me direct communication (image and voice) with these beautiful and special beings.
